Job Description of Network & Support Engineer Role:

The Network Support Engineer job is answerable for settling messenger-initiated support tickets within the metric targets set up by the Management Team. This post handles support tickets raised from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Network/Systems support obligations.

This job also manages client expectations, recognizes trends and issues in the process and delivery, and is measured by overall response times, turnaround times, use, and consumer satisfaction scores.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Set up, install, troubleshoot, and look after routers, switches, workstations, printers, trimmers, and other peripherals

·       Install, configure, and maintain VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft based and cloud-based environments

·       Implement technology in client networks within particular work areas and time schedules

·       Ensure messenger records are upgraded with change data after the implementation of the task
